1970s FINNISH DESIGN CLASSIC:
"KATRILLI"  designed by Tauno Tarna for Sarvis, Finland, 1969 In 1969 Tauno Tarna designed the "Katrilli" tableware series for the Finnish plastics company Sarvis Oy. The production of the series began same year and continued until 1985. - The series comprised bowls, plates, tumblers, egg cups, serving pieces, containers, and so on; exhibited at the Finnish Design Museum's exhibition "Made of Plastic: The History of Plastics in Finnish Design", 2004 and next year at the "Sarvis – Handy and Hardy" exhibition at the Emil Aaltonen Museum, Tampere, Finland, 2005.
